Pricing and Payment

All prices on www.samvelli.ae are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless stated otherwise.

If Cash on Delivery is available at checkout, the customer must pay the full order amount upon delivery. SAMVELLI reserves the right to cancel or restrict Cash on Delivery orders in cases of suspected misuse, repeated failed deliveries, incorrect contact details, or delivery limitations.

SAMVELLI does not currently charge VAT to customers unless and until SAMVELLI becomes VAT registered and VAT is required to be applied by law.

Shipping and Delivery

SAMVELLI currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated delivery time is normally 4 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location, selected shipping method, and courier availability.

Shipping fees, free shipping thresholds, and delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, or outside normal business hours may be processed on the next working day.

SAMVELLI is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect delivery information, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
