Samvelli operated by SAMVELLI FZ-LLC (“SAMVELLI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates for orders placed through www.samvelli.ae.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location, courier coverage, and the delivery details provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is normally 4 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location, selected shipping method, and courier availability.

Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, or outside normal business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

For UAE orders, the standard delivery fee is AED 25.

Free shipping may be available for eligible orders based on the free shipping threshold displayed at checkout.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including full name, address, apartment or villa details, emirate, phone number, and email address.

SAMVELLI is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information.

Delivery Delays

SAMVELLI is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect delivery details, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Failed Delivery or Unreachable Customer

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or failure to respond, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders, SAMVELLI reserves the right to cancel or restrict future COD orders in cases of repeated failed deliveries, incorrect contact details, or refusal to accept delivery.
